Terms of Use & Client Policies

These terms set out how FUNGIMAIL LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) delivers services, supports our clients and manages payments and disputes for engagements initiated through this website.

Services We Provide

We deliver secure software engineering, DevSecOps automation, compliance advisory services, security operations support, and fractional leadership for regulated technology companies. Engagement scopes, deliverables, milestones and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Strategic consultations booked via this site are used to understand requirements and may convert into fixed-fee assessments, retainers or time-and-materials projects. No consumer goods are sold through this channel.

Customer Support & Response

We answer support requests and commercial enquiries within one business day. Incident escalations or threat reports submitted outside of business hours trigger our on-call process—please include "urgent" in the subject line and a callback number so we can respond quickly.

Additional channels, such as secure messaging workspaces or ticketing portals, may be provisioned for active clients. Access details are shared in onboarding documentation.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Consulting and managed services are professional engagements. We invoice according to the signed Statement of Work (SOW) or master services agreement. If deliverables are materially non-conforming, notify us within 14 days of delivery so we can remediate or, if remediation is not possible, provide a pro-rated credit toward future work.

Chargebacks or disputes should include the project reference so we can supply supporting evidence. We will work with you and the payment processor to resolve any billing conflicts in good faith.

Cancellation Policy

Discovery calls may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance via the confirmation email. Project or retainer cancellations require thirty (30) days written notice unless otherwise specified in the governing SOW.

Work delivered up to the termination effective date is billable. Any prepaid amounts beyond that date are refunded on a pro-rata basis within 10 business days.

Return Policy

Our services are intangible and delivered electronically; therefore, returns of physical goods are not applicable. Where tooling or licenses are purchased on your behalf, their respective vendor agreements apply. We will help you understand any vendor-specific return or downgrade options during onboarding.

Legal & Export Compliance

We do not provide services to jurisdictions or entities subject to U.S., U.K., E.U. or U.N. sanctions and we do not export controlled technologies. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any regulatory approvals required for the scope of work. We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if export, sanctions or AML obligations cannot be met.

Promotions & Offers

Promotional rates or bundled services advertised on this site are valid only for the stated time period and cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Qualification criteria—for example, company size or regulatory posture—must be satisfied to redeem an offer. We may withdraw or amend promotions without notice.

General Terms

  • Use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Notice .
  • Intellectual property created during an engagement is assigned according to the executed SOW.
  • We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notices.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Disputes will be heard in New Mexico courts.
